PRICING AND VAT

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC) when required by French law. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately before checkout.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit cards and other payment providers made available through Shopify Payments.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

All products are made to order and enter production after payment has been successfully processed.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

The estimated delivery timeframe is generally 5–15 business days from the order date, depending on the customer's location.

If delivery is delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe, customers may exercise their rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under European consumer law, consumers generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

As all products sold by Tip Top are produced on demand after an order is placed, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transport, or incorrect items received.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or refund.

CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us first in order to seek an amicable resolution.

Consumers residing in the European Union may also have the right to use an approved consumer mediation service or dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
